Suxrob Saitov was born on March 18, 1989, in the Shahrinav mahalla of Denau district, Surkhandarya region. Suxrob Djumaydillayevich graduated from high school with excellent grades. He studied English Philology at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and subsequently successfully completed his master's degree. Throughout his career, he has worked effectively in responsible positions such as English language teacher, department lecturer, Head of the International Relations Department, and Dean of the Correspondence Department.
His services in developing international relations are particularly noteworthy: he has established cooperative ties with prestigious higher education institutions in the USA, Turkey, India, and Indonesia, and has contributed to the implementation of foreign experiences into the Uzbek education system.

In 2022–2023, he participated in the Turkey-Uzbekistan Higher Education Institutions Forum held in Izmir, Turkey, on the topic "Technological Systems in Industry and Engineering Education: Trends and Prospects," where he established international cooperation with 7 prestigious higher education institutions in TURKEY;
In 2023–2024, he upgraded his qualifications at the ITEC Entrepreneurship for Small Business (NIESBUD) training institute in India and established international cooperation with 2 prestigious higher education institutions in INDIA;
In 2024–2025, he completed a qualification program on "International Academic Cooperation Training and Internship" at PENDIDIKAN University in Indonesia. He established international cooperation with 2 prestigious higher education institutions in INDONESIA and implemented a student exchange program for one semester involving 2 students from DTPI (Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy) and 2 students from Indonesia’s Pendidikan University based on a memorandum signed between the universities;
He has delivered lectures as a guest lecturer in various programs in countries such as Turkey, India, Indonesia, and Tajikistan. Additionally, Suxrob Saitov is a member of the Scientific Council of the Denau Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy.
On March 27, 2025, he demonstrated his scientific potential in the fields of literary studies, translation studies, and comparative linguistics by defending his PhD dissertation at Bukhara State University on the topic "Commonality in Human Destinies and the Relationship between the Individual and Society in the Works of O. Henry and Uzbek Storytelling."
Suxrob Djumaydillayevich is the author of 1 monograph, 2 scientific articles in Scopus journals, and over 30 scientific works and theses. His works have been published not only in local but also in international scientific journals. His articles, such as "Artistic Perception of Reality in Stories: Detail and Illustration" (2024) and "The Development of Events in Stories and the Paradox of the Solution" (2024), have been positively evaluated by the scientific community.
