Nazirov Bakhtiyor Safarovich was born on October 1, 1985, in Denov district, Surkhandarya region; he is of Uzbek nationality, and his education is higher. He is married and has two children. In 2008, he graduated with a bachelor's degree from the History Faculty of the National University of Uzbekistan, and in 2011, he completed his master's degree in the specialization "History and Theory of International Relations" at the same higher education institution.
From 2008 to 2009, he worked as a History teacher at Uchtepa Academic Lyceum No. 3 under the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, and from 2011 to 2018, he worked as a History teacher at Denov Academic Lyceum No. 3 under Termez State University, Surkhandarya region. From 2018 to 2019, he was a teacher at the "Preschool Education and Humanities" Department of the Denov Branch of Termez State University, and from 2019 to 2020, he worked as a teacher at the "Preschool and Primary Education" Department of the same institution.
Since 2020, he has worked at the History and Philosophy Department of the Denov Institute of Entrepreneurship and Pedagogy in various positions: teacher (2020-2021), senior teacher (2021-2023), acting associate professor (2023-2024), and associate professor (2024-2025). From October 23, 2025, to the present, he has been working as an acting professor at the History and Philosophy Department of the same institution.
Due to his demanding nature and interest in science, B. Nazirov has been conducting research on the history of physical culture and sport in Uzbekistan in the specialty 07.00.01 - History of Uzbekistan. On June 14, 2022, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Historical Sciences on the topic "History of Physical Culture and Sport in Uzbekistan (XX century - early XXI century, exemplified by the Surkhon oasis)" at the Scientific Council No. PhD.03/30.12.2019.TAR.78.02 under Termez State University.
Based on the protocol No. 357/1 of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 3, 2024, B. Nazirov was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty 07.00.01 – History of Uzbekistan.
Nazirov Bakhtiyor Safarovich primarily takes his place among scholars with his work in the field of historical sciences. To date, he has published 3 textbooks, 1 study guide, 1 methodological guide, 4 monographs, 6 brochures, 3 DGUs (State Registration Certificates), and over 80 scientific articles and theses. He has received a State Registration Certificate (DGU) from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the use of distance methodological support for electronic textbooks in teaching the subjects: History of Uzbekistan, History of Uzbek Statehood, and History of International Relations in the New and Newest Eras.
